What this site collects, and what it does not.
Short version: nothing that identifies you is stored unless you accept cookies, and you can change that at any time.
Cookies
When you first arrive, this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A banner asks whether you are happy for it to, and until you answer, the answer is treated as no.
If you accept, two Google services run:
- Google Tag Manager, which is the container that loads the tag below. It is a delivery mechanism rather than a tracker in its own right.
- Google Ads, which records that a browser visited this site so that we can show our bootcamps to people who have already been here. This is what advertising people call remarketing. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not upload customer lists to it.
If you decline, neither loads, and the only storage used is a single entry recording that you said no, so that you are not asked on every page.
Separately, the booking form on each event page is embedded from Luma, who run registration for our events. If you register, Luma handles that booking under their own privacy policy, and their embed may set its own cookies when you interact with it.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub processes the requests your browser makes in order to serve the page.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. You can change it here, at any time, without hunting through browser settings.
Declining costs you nothing on this site. Every page, guide and event listing works identically either way.
Getting in touch
If you email us, we keep the email so that we can reply to it. If you ask to hear about future cohorts, we keep your address until you tell us to stop, and every message includes a way to do that.
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Ask at hello@oxfordagentic.com and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Oxford Agentic is independent and is not affiliated with the University of Oxford or any of its colleges. Our events are held in hired Oxford venues. More about who runs it is on the about page.
