Key facts
Cohort 2 of the Oxford Agentic Bootcamp ran on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at Worcester College, Oxford, and sold out beforehand. Everyone brought one real task from their own work and spent the day building a working agentic AI workflow against it, facilitated rather than lectured. Cohort 3 runs on 19 November at the same college.

Has the Oxford Agentic Bootcamp run before?
Yes. Cohort 1 ran on Tuesday 21 July 2026 at St Anne’s College, Oxford, with sixteen attendees, and Cohort 2 on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at Worcester College. Cohort 3 runs on Thursday 19 November 2026, also at Worcester College.
Can I still join this cohort?
No - this date has passed. Cohort 3 is the one to book; it runs the same format, in the same kind of small, capped room.
What did people in Cohort 1 actually build?
Real tasks from their own work rather than a set exercise, so they varied. The ones that surfaced in the room were lead generation, internal reporting and marketing content. The common shape was a step that gathers, a step that produces and a step that checks, handing off to each other. If your task has that shape, it will fit the day.
