Cohort 1 of the Oxford Agentic Bootcamp ran on Tuesday 21 July 2026 at St Anne's College, Oxford. Sixteen founders, directors and senior professionals spent the day taking a real workflow apart, building agents and skills against their own work, and working through what it takes to bring that back into an organisation. No coding was involved.

Connecting your own email, files and meeting notes as context; building skills for recurring tasks; agents, subagents and workflows; Claude Code and shared repositories; small self-contained tools. Broken for lunch.

What did people actually work on?
Real tasks from their own work rather than a set exercise, so they varied. The ones that surfaced in the room were lead generation, internal reporting and marketing content. The common shape was a step that gathers, a step that produces and a step that checks, handing off to each other.
